Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Dixon, IL facility.\nGain valuable supply chain experience in a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment at our Dixon, IL facility. This Supply Chain Intern role offers hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, process improvement, safety initiatives, and the core priorities that keep a complex supply chain moving.\nRole Responsibilities:\nAssist with procurement, including sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and managing supplier relationships.\nHelp with inventory management, including stocktaking, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory records.\nSupport the logistics team with the coordination of shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues related to transportation.\nAssist in the analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.\nParticipate in meetings and projects related to supply chain optimization and process improvement.\nHelp prepare reports and presentations for management on supply chain performance and initiatives.\nGain exposure to various supply chain software and systems used by the company.\nPerform any other duties as assigned by the Distribution Manager or team.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nCurrently enrolled undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nMust be U.S. persons (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee) as this position requires use of information which is subject to export controls.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nMinimum 3.0 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA.\nHourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - 26.00 , depending on projected undergraduate graduation date, educational degree in progress and major of study upon time of hire.\nThis position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.\nEmployee benefits are part of the total rewards package that Donaldson Company, Inc. provides to you.
