It is a great opportunity for an outgoing, proactive and sales driven person to enter an expanding and evolving market for Industrial Solutions.\nRole Responsibilities\n Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets.\nExecute the territory business plan and follow the action plan.\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities.\nManage distributors, resellers, OEMs, and key end users.\nPromote Donaldson solutions through regular customer visits.\nProvide technical and commercial support.\nBuild long-term customer and partner relationships.\nCollaborate with internal teams and other Business Units.\nMonitor market trends and competitive activity.\nManage opportunities, forecasting, and CRM activity.\nMinimum Qualifications\nDiploma or bachelor's degree in Technical Sales, Business or Engineering or related field\nAt least 5 years or more experience in a technical sales role, preferably dust extraction\nStrong Industrial Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience\nPrevious experience in markets such as Mining, Metal Fabrication, Food & Bev, Agriculture, Pharma\nSouth African citizen\nPreferred Qualification\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nProven external sales track record\nCommercial sales knowledge\nPro-active, results-driven and customer focused \nSelf-motivated and must be able to perform under pressure \nThe ability to work in a team\nComputer literacy (Microsoft office suite)\nThis position suits a self-managed individual with strong technical credibility, commercial acumen, and customer engagement experience, capable of translating customer needs into executable engineering solutions.\nPlease note that this appointment will be made in line with the requirements of the Employment Equity Act and Donaldson Filtration Systems (PTY) Ltd Employment Equity Policy.\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
