Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.\nKey Accountabilities & Measurements\nFull responsibility in achieving sales and profit targets for the assigned sales territory/customers / product range.\nIdentify and understand end user application needs, convert them into opportunities, quotation and finally sales.\nIdentify and develop local key accounts and follow up on global strategic accounts by sales area and market segment.\nIdentify and develop distribution channels for designated products and markets, as appropriate.\nClosely communicate with regional/worldwide application engineering, seek regular support, and provide regular feedback.\nEnsure proper documentation of success stories by markets and application, in cooperation with the Product Management Manager.\nProvide adequate activity planning and reporting supported by the Donaldson CRM system.\nObserve trends on applications and new technologies in our target markets.\nDerive product and development recommendations in close communication with our R&D facilities.\nKey Qualifications & Requirements\nEducation Qualification:\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in Engineering or business.\nTechnical Competence & Skills:\nProject management experience preferred.\nWorking experience in the heavy equipment industry\nWork with/on a Diesel Engine in past working experience\nExperience using a CRM system to manage customers will be a plus.\nProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.\nStrong sales aptitude with excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills.\nStrong technical and mathematical capabilities\nPossess self-directed ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs.\nExperience in the effective use of CRM software\nSelf-motivated, good sense of initiative, willing to learn, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.\nEager to learn, quick comprehension\nPotential leadership skills\nAble to work under pressure.\nRelevant Experience:\nAt least 3-5 years of technical/industrial sales experience.\nFiltration experience preferred, but not a must.
