Position Summary

The Warehouse Operations & Systems Supervisor in Stilwell, OK, is responsible for leading safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material-flow operations. This position drives the development and continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes while leading the successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of Oracle ERP and related warehouse technologies. The Supervisor ensures warehouse transactions, receipts, transfers, inventory movements, and shipments are completed accurately and on time.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, staging, packing, shipping, material transfers, and production-order fulfillment, and coordinate domestic and international shipments and verify required carrier, customs, shipping, and export documentation.
• Plan staffing, assign work, establish priorities, and adjust resources to meet production schedules and customer shipment commitments and Train, coach, and develop employees by establishing clear expectations, providing timely feedback, recognizing performance, and addressing performance or conduct concerns in accordance with company policy.
• Ensure warehouse and ERP transactions are completed accurately and promptly, including receipts, material issues, transfers, inventory adjustments, and shipment confirmations and lead Oracle implementation activities, user adoption, training, data discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse and logistics processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, physical inventories, location control, discrepancy investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action, evaluate and select cost-effective transportation options while balancing service, delivery requirements, regulatory compliance, and total landed cost.
• Develop and maintain standard work, visual controls, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational reporting for safety, delivery, accuracy, productivity, and cost, and
• Improve warehouse layout, slotting, material flow, material presentation, space utilization, and material-handling methods through 5S, Lean, and continuous-improvement practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality-system requirements, ISO procedures, export controls, and applicable safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and current records, labels, work instructions, training materials, and quality documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, organized, and productive workplace, enforce PPE and equipment requirements, report and investigate incidents and near misses, and drive timely corrective actions, operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment when business needs require and when properly trained and authorized.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve material shortages, transaction errors, shipment issues, excess or obsolete inventory, and other barriers to customer service and operational performance and support additional warehouse, logistics, inventory, and operational initiatives as assigned.

Travel: Up to 5%

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse, distribution, materials, or manufacturing operations, including at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, material flow, cycle counting, and warehouse safety practices, ability to lead, train, coach, assess, and develop employees while maintaining an accountable, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP or warehouse-management systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze inventory and operational data, investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions, ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety rules, shipping documents, operating procedures, and production schedules and ability to perform practical business calculations using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and standard units of measure, ability to obtain and maintain required forklift and/or material-handling-equipment certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate or associate degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or a related field preferred.
• An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience may be considered.
