That’s where you come in.\nWe’re looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead our Learning & Development function and ensure our Doers are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed with their Founders.\nThis is more than managing a training team. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, performance, quality, operations, and continuous improvement of our entire training function - from the moment a Doer enters training through to their launch and first 30 days with a Founder.\nYou’ll lead a team of Training Facilitators, Assessors, Training Assistants and other L&D resources while working closely with Operations, Doer Success, Product, Allocation, Talent Acquisition, HR and other teams across the business.\nIf you’re someone who combines strong people leadership, digital marketing knowledge, operational thinking and a passion for building high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs our Training Manager, you’ll be responsible for:\nLead the overall strategy, priorities and operating plan of the Learning & Development function.\nManage, coach and develop Training Facilitators, Assessors, Training Assistants and other L&D team members.\nOversee the end-to-end training operation, including cohorts, schedules, facilitator allocation, trainee attendance, completion, assessments and launch readiness.\nEnsure training programs consistently prepare Doers to meet the standards and expectations required by Founders.\nEstablish and maintain training, assessment, coaching and quality standards.\nMonitor trainee performance and identify Doers who may be at risk of failing, disengaging or not meeting readiness requirements.\nUse training and performance data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement.\nManage L&D capacity and resources based on business demand and future requirements.\nDevelop and maintain performance expectations, scorecards and coaching mechanisms for the L&D team.\nContinuously review and improve training processes, SOPs, workflows, assessments and learning materials.\nEnsure our training content remains aligned with current digital marketing practices, tools and Founder expectations.\nIdentify opportunities to use AI, automation, technology and digital learning solutions to improve the efficiency, scalability and effectiveness of training.\nPartner with Product, Operations, Allocation, Talent Acquisition, HR, Doer Success and other stakeholders to ensure training remains aligned with the needs of the business.\nProvide leadership with clear reporting, insights, risks and recommendations relating to L&D performance.\nLead and support changes to training programs, processes, systems and organizational requirements.\nUse learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve the Doer learning experience.\nTake on other responsibilities and initiatives as required by the business.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMust Have\n5+ years of relevant professional experience in Learning & Development, Training, Digital Marketing, Talent Development, Training Operations or a related field.\n3+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably within L&D, Training, Digital Marketing or a similar function.\nDemonstrated experience leading a team and managing training or learning programs.\nStrong understanding of adult learning, training methodologies, assessment and learner engagement.\nStrong practical knowledge of digital marketing, including areas such as SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing and lead generation.\nExperience using data and reporting to identify performance trends and drive improvements.\nExperience developing or improving training processes, SOPs and operational workflows.\nStrong presentation, facilitation, coaching and feedback skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nStrong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable working with AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve training outcomes.\nBachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field -
