As a Front Desk Agent, you will welcome our guests to the hotel, provide a smooth check-in process, handle payments, offer local insights, and pay attention to detail to ensure they have a friction-free stay experience.\n*Candidates must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weekends, AM and PM shifts as needed.\nEssential Functions\nCheck guests in and out of the hotel according to hotel and/or brand standards.\nInform guests about the hotel’s facilities, policies, and procedures. Provide tourist information to guests.\n Handle the hotel phone system. Transfer calls to appropriate departments/guests. Accurately take messages for guests.\nTake, modify, and cancel guestroom reservations.\nDeal with inquiries, requests, and concerns from guests. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest special requests.\nPerform cashier duties. Post phone charges and other miscellaneous charges to guest accounts.\nNotify housekeeping and maintenance of any reported problems with guestrooms or grounds.\nFollow in-house procedures to help ensure the security of guests and employees. Know hotel emergency procedures.\nMaintain cleanliness of the Front Office area.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nThe hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
