This role supports the sales department by managing inquiries and reservations, coordinating activities, and ensuring seamless booking execution. The Sales Coordinator will handle client inquiries, detail rooms only groups, and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales support, event coordination, or a related field is preferred. In this position, you will also be required to perform Front Desk Agent duties as needed to support daily operations and guest service.\nEssential Functions\nProvide administrative support as assigned.\nPoint of contact for all rooms only groups after sales turnover\nMaintain reader boards throughout the hotel displaying in-house meetings.
