You are also adaptable and team-oriented, stepping in to support Front Desk operations and guest services as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide administrative support as assigned.\nPoint of contact for all rooms-only groups after sales turnover\nMaintain reader boards throughout the hotel displaying in-house meetings. Update daily.\nAnswer telephone, take phone leads, take and refer messages, and return calls.\nResponsible for inventory control of office supplies.\nAdhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the hotel, including, but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook.\nManage hotel reservations for the sales department as assigned by DOSM.\nSchedule Requirements: This position includes Front Desk responsibilities.
