We provide a range of business consultancy solutions to companies all over the world specifically Business Consultancy, Marketing & Research, Recruitment & Human Capital.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nFollow up on overdue loan accounts via calls, texts, emails, and in-person visits.\n\nNegotiate repayment plans with delinquent clients in line with company policy.\n\nEnsure timely collection of arrears, penalties, and outstanding balances.\n\nIssue demand notices and reminders in line with company guidelines. Field Follow-Ups & Client Engagement\n\nConduct in-person visits to clients’ homes, workplaces, or business premises for follow-up and recovery.\n\nVerify continued possession, location, and conditon of vehicles held as collateral.\n\nMaintain detailed field visit reports and records of client interactions. Collateral Management & Repossession Support\n\nIdentify high-risk accounts and recommend repossession when recovery efforts fail.\n\nCoordinate with approved repossession agents, bailiffs, auctioneers, or legal officers.\n\nEnsure repossession activities comply with Ugandan law and company procedures.\n\nMaintain accurate records of repossessed vehicles and their recovery status. Account Monitoring & Reporting Maintenance\n\nMonitor the assigned loan portfolio and ageing reports daily.\n\nPrepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recovery performance reports.\n\nPromptly escalate problem accounts and fraud-related cases. Compliance & Ethical Conduct\n\nEnsure all recovery ac ons comply with Ugandan law and company policies.\n\nTreat every client with dignity and professionalism. Avoid harassment, inmida on, and unlawful recovery practices.\n\nProtect client data and maintain confiden ality.
