Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and implement the Bank’s Supply Chain Management strategy, policies, standards, and operating model.\n\nLead strategic sourcing, procurement operations, supplier relationship management, contract governance, inventory control, and asset management.\n\nEnsure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, regulatory expectations, audit requirements, and risk management standards.\n\nDrive cost optimisation, value for money, transparency, and total cost of ownership across major spend categories.\n\nOversee supplier segmentation, performance scorecards, contract lifecycle management, and third-party risk governance.\n\nPartner with Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Technology, Branch Banking, and Corporate Services to align supply chain plans to business needs.\n\nProvide governance over facilities, refurbishment, infrastructure, and other project-related procurement.\n\nProvide oversight of physical security, asset protection and security operations across the Bank.\n\nEstablish and maintain a robust third-party risk management framework.\n\nBuild capability within the SCM team through coaching, performance management, process improvement, and automation.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nProfessional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, MCIPS, or equivalent is desirable.\n\nAdditional Details\n\nKey Success Measures:\n\nProcurement savings and cost avoidance delivered.\n\nCompliance with procurement policy and audit requirements.\n\nSupplier performance and contract adherence.\n\nReduction in procurement cycle times and operational bottlenecks.\n\nImproved visibility and governance of third-party spend.\n\nAt least 8–10 years’ relevant experience, including leadership experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in banking or a regulated environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of procurement governance, contract management, third party risk, financial controls, and supplier performance management.\n\nHow
