This is a generalist seat with a recruiting lean. You'll split your time between building out HR programs that scale with the company, running full-cycle hiring for a range of roles, and helping leadership think clearly about headcount and workforce planning. You'll report to the Senior HR Executive in Singapore as well as the Head of HR and Talent Acquisitions in US to shape how Doodle Labs attracts, develops, and retains talent as we grow.\nIn this role, you'll be a strategic partner to hiring for Doodle Labs, owning the full recruiting lifecycle for critical positions across technical, commercial, and operational functions. You'll also build and manage HR programs that improve how we onboard, develop, and engage our team --- and help define what it means to work at Doodle Labs.\nWhat You'll Do\nRun full-cycle recruiting for roles across technical, commercial, and operational functions \nPartner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategy, interview design, and offer structuring \nBuild, support and manage HR programs including onboarding, performance cycles, and employee experience initiatives \nSupport headcount planning alongside leadership- tracking open roles, forecasting needs, and keeping hiring aligned with business priorities \nHelp shape Doodle Labs' employer brand and how we show up to candidates in the Singapore market and beyond \nSupport the broader People team on cross-functional projects as the company scales \nWhat Success Looks Like\nStrong recruiting outcomes with consistent hiring velocity across critical technical, commercial, and operational functions \nTrusted partnerships with hiring managers built on clear communication and aligned interview design \nScalable HR programs that improve employee onboarding, engagement, and performance outcomes \nClear \nCollaborative support to the broader People team on scaling HR functions and programs \nWho You Are\n2 - 5 years in HR, recruiting, or a blended people ops role- ideally in a scaling tech or hardware company \nComfortable owning the full recruiting lifecycle without heavy process infrastructure \nStrong communicator- you'll work closely with hiring managers and candidates, and the quality of those relationships matters \nNaturally curious about people, motivated to understand what drives candidates and employees \nOrganized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruiting pipelines and HR initiatives simultaneously \nStrategic thinker who can translate business needs into recruiting and HR strategy \nComfortable with ambiguity and building processes in a fast-growing, scaling environment \nExcited by autonomy, robotics, and building teams that do serious technical work \nPreferred Qualifications\nBackground recruiting for technical or
