This role is responsible for building and troubleshooting electronic products, maintaining test stations, and supporting manufacturing operations to ensure high-quality product delivery.\nIn this role, you will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to assemble, test, and debug products at both the component and system level. You will also assist with prototype builds and support the development of new processes as Doodle Labs continues to scale production.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPerform troubleshooting of RF-related products down to the PCBA level \nConduct box build and sub-assembly functional testing for electronic devices \nAssemble and rework PCBAs with SMT components\nPerform final assembly of electronic products from sub-components \nBuild packaging for finished products and prepare units for shipment \nSet up and maintain test stations to ensure quality production \nAssist engineers with prototype builds, product testing, and process development \nPlan and organize work to meet production schedules and manufacturing requirements \nPrepare production documentation such as standard operating procedures, batch records, inventory reports, and productivity reports \nPerform PCBA debugging and diagnostics when issues arise \nSupport general manufacturing activities and perform additional duties as required \nWhat Success Looks Like\nHigh-quality assembly and testing of electronic products with minimal defects \nEfficient troubleshooting and resolution of PCBA and RF-related issues \nReliable support of production schedules and manufacturing throughput \nWell-maintained test stations and manufacturing tools \nStrong collaboration with engineering teams during prototype and product development builds \nWho You Are\n NTC or ITC certification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering \n At least 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing \n Strong foundation in basic electronics, digital circuits, and electronic components\n Experience with manual soldering and PCBA rework including SMT components \nAbility to solder and rework components down to 0201 size \nExperience soldering components such as 0402 and QFP packages \nAbility to read and interpret circuit schematics and technical documentation \nExperience working in a manufacturing or production environment \nProficiency using power tools and electronics assembly equipment \nAbility to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams \nStrong attention to detail and a positive, proactive working
