The work here doesn't sit in a slide deck - it ends up in the field, in the hands of people for whom failure isn't an option.\nAbout the Role\nThe Product Engineer is responsible for supporting product engineering activities across the product lifecycle, from prototype through production, and will play a key role in delivering high-quality radio products at scale.\nIn this role, you will work closely with RF, Software, Mechanical, NPI, Operations, and Manufacturing/Quality teams to build and support the next generation of Doodle Labs’ radio portfolio. This position reports to the Development Engineering Manager and will help shape product quality, manufacturability, and production readiness as Doodle Labs continues to scale.\nThis is an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge wireless products within a high-growth company at the forefront of autonomous systems.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport product engineering activities from prototype through production\nAssist with product bring-up, functional testing, validation, and failure analysis\nExecute and maintain production and validation test procedures\nSupport manufacturing builds, yield improvement, and quality investigations\nAssist in managing component changes and obsolescence under guidance from senior engineers\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation (test reports, assembly instructions, application notes)\nCollaborate cross-functionally with RF, Software, Mechanical, and Operations teams\nWhat Success Looks Like\nReliable support of product development from prototype to production\nSuccessful execution of validation, testing, and manufacturing support activities\nImproved manufacturing yield and reduced product defects\nStrong cross-functional collaboration across engineering and operations teams\nWell-maintained documentation and scalable test processes\nWho You Are\nBachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, or a related field\nMin 2-5 years of experience in hardware, RF, or product engineering roles\nBasic understanding of RF/Wi-Fi systems and electronic hardware debugging\nFamiliarity with manufacturing processes, testing, and quality control\nStrong teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to learn\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment\nPreferred Qualifications
