The work here doesn't sit in a slide deck - it ends up in the field, in the hands of people for whom failure isn't an option.\nAbout the Role\nThe Senior RF Engineer will play a critical hands-on role in designing, validating, and transferring high-performance radio modules from concept through production.\nIn this role, you will work closely with PCB, mechanical, and product engineering teams to develop advanced wireless systems used in demanding real-world environments. You will lead RF design execution from initial architecture through prototype validation and manufacturing transfer, ensuring designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.\nThis is a deeply technical role offering end-to-end ownership and direct impact on the performance and capabilities of Doodle Labs’ wireless products.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign and develop production-ready RF radio modules from concept through validation and manufacturing transfer\nTranslate product requirements into RF architectures including schematic design, RF front-end development, and PCB implementation\nLead end-to-end RF design execution including RF circuitry, analog components, power supplies, and system interfaces\nDevelop compact and scalable radio module designs that support multiple frequency bands and product configurations\nPerform RF simulations and front-end analysis to validate design decisions prior to hardware fabrication\nPlan and execute RF and system-level validation testing to ensure performance meets product specifications\nPrepare technical documentation including schematics, design rationale, and test results to support product lifecycle management\nCoordinate design reviews with RF, PCB, mechanical, and product engineering teams\nIdentify technical risks and develop solutions balancing performance, cost, manufacturability, and schedule\nSupport development of next-generation wireless technologies including advanced Wi-Fi, BLE, GPS, and high-power RF amplification systems\nWhat Success Looks Like\nDelivery of validated integration\nExperience with RF simulation, testing, and performance validation methodologies\nFamiliarity with high-frequency PCB design and RF layout considerations\nExperience supporting product
