assign ownership and hold team members accountable for timely, accurate, and professional execution.\nEnsure the right people are in the right seats and address performance or process issues promptly, consistently, and in accordance with company policy.\nBuild team capability through hiring, coaching, feedback, training, cross-training, and meaningful development opportunities.\nDepartmental Execution and Results\nOwn the customer credit lifecycle, including credit reviews, credit limits, payment terms, account holds, releases, exceptions, and periodic reassessment of credit exposure.\nLead collection activity using consistent contact schedules, documented commitments, appropriate escalation, and clear telephone, email, and occasional in-person communication.\nOwn the entire accounts receivable and cash application process, supporting accurate customer balances, timely posting, prompt resolution of unapplied cash and deductions, and reliable reporting.\nManage and maintain the Credit Policy, collection and cash application SOP’s including setting the expectation and cadence of customer collection and on-hold communications.\nEOS and Cross Functional Leadership\nMaintain actionable scorecards and participate fully in L10 meetings;
