You will drive strategic hiring initiatives for a hyper-growth SaaS startup environment, ensuring we attract and secure exceptional leaders. This fully remote position is based on the East Coast USA\nResponsibilities\nOwn the full-cycle recruitment process (A-Z) for diverse roles, from sourcing to onboarding.\nLeverage the latest AI sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage high-quality, passive candidates.\nPartner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand hiring needs, forecast talent gaps, and deliver effective solutions.\nDrive and evolve talent acquisition best practices and processes for a fully remote, distributed team.\nCraft compelling job descriptions, employer branding materials, and outreach strategies that showcase DoorLoop’s unique culture.\nScreen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience.\nUse data-driven insights and metrics to refine search strategies and continually improve hiring processes.\nChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all aspects of recruitment.\nRequirements\nRequirements\n8+ years of full-cycle (A-Z) recruitment experience, with at least 5 years at fast-paced, high-growth startups.\nProven track record recruiting senior GTM leadership, including VP-level and C-level roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.\nDeep expertise hiring across the full GTM org - AEs, SDRs, sales leaders, marketers, and CS - with a strong understanding of what top-performing revenue talent looks like.\nHands-on experience using modern AI and digital tools for sourcing, screening, outreach, and candidate engagement, with a track record of building AI-driven workflows into the recruiting process.\nExcellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with demonstrated ability to partner with and influence executive leadership.\nData-driven mindset with comfort using ATS and HR analytics to inform decisions and drive pipeline strategy.\nSuperb communication and organizational skills, with a bias for action and results.\nAuthorization to work in the USA and ability to work EST hours.\nNice to Have\nExperience leading or mentoring other recruiters or recruitment projects.\nBackground in SaaS or high-growth, remote-first companies.\nHistory of implementing or contributing to scalable recruitment processes.\nFamiliarity with employer branding, content creation, and social media sourcing.\nPrevious participation in DEI programs or initiatives.\nBenefits\nUnlimited paid time off: take unlimited personal, sick, and vacation days.\n 401(k): plan for retirement with 4% matching and instant vesting.\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance: we offer full medical coverage for employees through United Healthcare and full dental and vision coverage through Guardian, with 25% coverage for dependents across all plans.\nLife insurance: $100,000 policy fully covered by DoorLoop.\nDisability insurance: short- and long-term disability insurance fully covered by DoorLoop.\nPaid parental leave: paid maternity and paternity leave for birth and adoption.\nBest-in-class equipment: Get a company laptop and all the top-tier tools to set you up for success.\nCompensation Range\nThe base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience\nEqual Opportunity Employer & AI\nWe may use AI tools to help review resumes and applications, with human oversight at all times.
