relevant public-market peers\n Translate market and competitive intelligence into implications and recommendations for company strategy\n Support or lead early-stage engagement with prospective customers and strategic partners\n Develop financial and commercial models to evaluate opportunities and partnerships\n Assess customer economics, project economics, pricing structures and alternative commercial models\n Support the structuring, negotiation and evaluation of strategic partnerships and other growth opportunities\n Prepare customer and partner presentations, proposals and other commercial materials\nRequirements:\n Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business or another quantitative discipline\n Associate: typically, ~3-5 years of relevant experience\n Manager: typically, ~5-8 years of relevant experience\n Relevant experience in investment banking, investment management, private equity, management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development or a similarly rigorous analytical environment\n Strong financial modeling, valuation and financial statement analysis skills\n Ability to analyze public companies and synthesize financial, strategic and market information into an investment or strategic point of view\n Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\n Ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems\n Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise, executive-ready insights\n High level of ownership, attention to detail and execution discipline\n Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions\n Investment banking or investing experience, particularly within Power & Utilities, Energy, Industrials, Infrastructure, Technology or related sectors\n Strong familiarity with public markets, capital markets, public-company financial reporting and investor perspectives\n Exposure to IPOs, equity capital markets transactions, investor-facing work or public-company readiness initiatives\n Experience conducting company, industry and investment analysis and developing comparable company / valuation frameworks\n Familiarity with Capital IQ, AlphaSense, FactSet, Bloomberg or similar platforms\n Interest in energy, power infrastructure, data centers and emerging energy
