Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Receive and validate daily card production from card providers.
• Organize and sort printed cards and check bank screening processes.
• Process bank cards according to designated procedures, including scanning, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Receive and validate delivered card KYC documents, including data validation, signature review, and uploading KYC information.
• Prepare and review daily productivity reports.
• Handle delivery evidence exceptions and resolve related issues.
• Communicate with relevant departments to address and resolve cases.
• Participate in assigned tasks related to daily operational processes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry and validation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of card production processes and industry regulations.
• Experience in a similar role (preferred).
