from ideation to release and ongoing maintenance.\n Experience with dependency injection (e.g. Hilt Dagger) and asynchronous programming (Coroutines Flow).\n Skilled at mentoring engineers and leading technical decision-making.\n Proficient in GitHub and modern CI/CD workflows.\n Knowledge of design patterns modular development and mobile-specific performance optimization.\n Familiarity with ProGuard & DexGuard for application security and optimization.\n Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.\n (Optional) Exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform projects for cross-platform development.\n\n Desirable Skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.\n Experience with Google Play Store release processes and app lifecycle management.\n Familiarity with unit testing UI testing and automation frameworks.\n Exposure to fintech or other high-growth mobile-first industries.\n Understanding of
