Experience collaborating deeply with designers - design tokens, Figma workflows, Storybook-driven development - is a strong plus- A platform mindset: you measure success by what other teams (and designers) can ship without you, not by features you shipped yourself\n- Familiarity with production monitoring and performance work (RUM, SLOs, error budgets) is a strong plus\n- Strong communication skills: your customers are product teams, designers, and backend platform engineers\n- 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in React and TypeScript, building and operating production web applications\n- Genuine excitement about AI-assisted development -
