In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for key GTM roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines, run structured hiring processes, and close high-quality candidates who raise the bar for the organization.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through close, across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing\nPartner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring criteria, and build thoughtful, structured hiring plans\nBuild and manage strong pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and inbound, ensuring consistent candidate flow across roles\nRun high-quality screening processes to assess candidate fit, experience, and alignment with Doppel’s hiring bar\nDrive interview processes forward with speed and clarity, coordinating with interviewers and ensuring a strong candidate experience\nPartner with hiring teams to calibrate candidates, facilitate debriefs, and support clear, timely decision-making\nOwn candidate closing, including offer presentation, negotiation, and managing the candidate experience through acceptance\nTrack pipeline health and recruiting performance, sharing insights and identifying ways to improve efficiency and outcomes\nWhat We Are Looking For\n4-7 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on GTM roles (sales, customer success, partnerships, or marketing)\nProven ability to run full-cycle recruiting processes and close high-quality candidates in competitive markets\nStrong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines through outbound and referrals\nAbility to partner effectively with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions through structured processes and clear communication\nStrong organizational and process management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously\nExperience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and maintaining clean,
