In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing to identify capability gaps and build scalable learning programs that improve competency, retention, execution, and results across the organization.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign and build scalable enablement programs that accelerate the performance and effectiveness of Doppel’s go-to-market teams.\n\nPartner with leaders and subject matter experts across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing to identify skill gaps and enablement opportunities.\n\nTranslate business needs into structured learning programs, including curriculum, learning paths, and enablement resources.\n\nBuild and manage programs within the company’s learning management system (LMS), ensuring content is accessible, engaging, and easy to navigate.\n\nApply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to create effective learning experiences.\n\nManage enablement programs end-to-end, from needs assessment and program design through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.\n\nTrack program engagement and effectiveness, using feedback and data to improve learning outcomes over time.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n5–7 years of experience in Sales or Technical Enablement\n\nExperience designing and delivering enablement programs that improve team performance.\n\nStrong instructional design and curriculum development skills.\n\nExperience owning and operating a learning management system (LMS).\n\nStrong program & project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.\n\nExperience working in a fast-moving, high-growth
