This is a high-ownership role in a fast-scaling company where your decisions directly shape what we build and how enterprises execute agreements digitally.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the product roadmap for one or more product lines, aligning it with company strategy, customer needs, and revenue goals.\nConduct customer discovery with enterprise stakeholders legal, compliance, operations, and IT teams, to identify pain points and validate solutions.\nTranslate requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritise the backlog using structured frameworks (RICE, impact/effort).\nWork day-to-day with engineering and design to scope, build, and ship features; make pragmatic trade-off decisions on scope, quality, and timelines.\nDefine, instrument, and track product metrics (adoption, activation, retention, NPS, feature usage) and use data to drive iteration.\nManage the full product lifecycle from concept and beta through GA, rollout, documentation, and post-launch review. Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing on positioning, demos, launch enablement, and competitive differentiation.\nStay current on the digital agreement, eSignature, eStamping, and identity-verification landscape, including relevant Indian regulatory frameworks (IT Act, Stamp Act, DPDP Act) as they affect product decisions.\nSupport enterprise deals with solutioning inputs, RFP responses, and customer-specific product commitments where required.\nRequirements:\n3-5 years of product management experience, with a significant portion in B2B SaaS products.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required.\nProven track record of shipping SaaS features or products end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration.\nStrong analytical skills: comfort with product analytics tools, SQL basics, funnel analysis, and metric-driven decision-making.\nExcellent written and verbal communication: able to write crisp PRDs and present confidently to enterprise customers and leadership.\nSolid technical fluency: able to work closely with engineers on APIs, integrations, and system constraints without needing to code.\nExperience working in agile environments with cross-functional squads.
