This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support strategic financial decisions through accurate data and insights.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Management & Accounting\nManage day-to-day and macro-level finance operations of the organization.\n\nMaintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger, fixed assets, and statutory records.\n\nFinalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.\n\nEnsure proper accounting treatment of transactions as per applicable accounting standards.\n\nCosting & Profitability Analysis\nPerform segment-wise costing and financial analysis.\n\nPrepare segment-wise Profit & Loss statements.\n\nMonitor cost controls and recommend improvements for profitability.\n\nCompliance & Taxation\nEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and GST (Indirect Taxation).\n\nOversee GST returns, reconciliations, and statutory filings.\n\nStay updated with changes in tax regulations and ensure timely implementation.\n\nAudit & Coordination\nCoordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants.\n\nAssist during audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.\n\nLiaise with management for audit-related and financial matters.\n\nFinancial Planning & Funding\nArrange finance and evaluate lending and funding opportunities.\n\nMonitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.\n\nSupport management in financial planning and budgeting activities.\n\nMIS & Reporting\nPrepare and present MIS dashboards for management on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.\n\nProvide actionable insights through financial reports and variance analysis.\n\nSupport strategic decision-making with accurate and timely financial data.\n\nTeamwork & Collaboration\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline.\n\nSupport junior accounting staff and contribute to team efficiency.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nQualified Chartered Accountant (CA -
