Edit documentaries, short films, cinematic videos, podcasts, brand films, and social media content.\n- Build engaging narratives through footage selection, pacing, music, sound design, colour, and graphics.\n- Shape long-form interviews and podcast recordings into polished episodes, trailers, and short clips.\n- Collaborate with cinematographers and production teams on shot planning, visual style, and footage requirements.\n- Independently manage projects, including timelines, feedback, revisions, and final delivery.\n- Guide junior editors and designers, allocate tasks, and review work for quality and consistency.\n- Use AI tools for creative exploration, supporting visuals, transcription, audio enhancement, and editing workflows.\n- Maintain organised footage, project files, backups, and final exports.*What we’re looking for*\n- 3-5 years of relevant experience in video editing, filmmaking, or creative production.\n- A strong portfolio showing storytelling ability, visual judgement, and editing craft.\n- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.\n- Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics, titles, and compositing.\n- Understanding of cinematic composition, shot continuity, colour grading, and sound.\n- Experience editing interviews, multicamera footage, or podcasts.\n- Practical knowledge of AI tools used in image, video, and audio production.\n- Ability to interpret a brief, contribute original ideas, and deliver with minimal supervision.\n- Experience guiding team members and coordinating creative work.\n- Strong
