develop, and maintain web, server-side, and mobile applications using modern .NET technologies.\nDevelop scalable applications, REST APIs, integrations, and services deployed on cloud platforms.\nBuild features for web portals, mobile applications, manufacturing plant solutions, and collaboration platforms.\nIntegrate applications with ERP and CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms.\nParticipate in the development of artificial intelligence-based solutions, including machine learning (ML), optical character recognition (OCR), computer vision, natural language processing, and generative artificial intelligence.\nDevelop Power BI dashboards and data-driven business solutions.\nParticipate in solution design, code reviews, software testing, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams in Costa Rica and the United States using Lean Agile methodologies.\nContribute to continuous improvement, code quality, and the implementation of software development best practices.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.\nExperience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript and modern web development.\nKnowledge of REST APIs, cloud-based applications, and systems integration.\nExperience using Git, Visual Studio and/or VS Code, software testing, and modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD processes and cloud-based development.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.\nIntermediate to advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively and independently in agile environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud platforms and technologies (Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless computing).\nKnowledge of frontend development and cross-platform mobile applications.\nExperience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and LLM- or RAG-based applications.\nKnowledge of data, analytics, Power BI, and business intelligence.\nExperience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), manufacturing, and supply chain operations.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Graph).\nRelevant certifications in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Microsoft
