The customer base will manage enterprise-level healthcare customers with one or more Relias products and solutions. This role will manage customer onboarding from post-sale to launch and which will include the technical set up and configuration of Relias products, and management of the overall project plan. May from time-to-time assist with internal projects.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nManage the customer migrations and/or implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions \nCommanding and driving internal resources across Relias, including but not limited to technical, clinical, change management, and account management teams \nDeveloping detailed project plans, identifying scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans \nUtilizing tools and project management practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externally \nIdentifying and managing risks and issues, and working with internal teams for mitigation \nLead project reviews, provide status reports, and ensure project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budget \nDeveloping and fostering positive relationships and building rapport with customers \nUtilizing current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkits \nConfigure contracted products and solutions to customer specifications \nProviding technical support to customers throughout the duration of the migration/implementation as required \nConducting platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as required \nAssist department manager with project assignments and mentoring other team members \nEnsure process documentation is developed and maintained \nEnsure department SharePoint site is kept up to date \nAct as liaison to other departments as assigned \nAssist department manager with sales support (i.e., demonstrations of solutions to new and existing customers, customer calls, etc.) \nRFP response support \nOther duties as assigned\n YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:\nBachelor’s Degree \n5 years in project management managing enterprise level customer projects \n5 years implementation SaaS based products and solutions \nExperience with project management tools, methodologies, and software \nAbility to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success \nAbility to understand a client's needs and challenges, assessing the fit for the solution(s), and building a foundation for successful engagements and a long-term relationship\nAbility to work effectively and harmoniously with others towards a common goal or objective utilizing the skills and attitudes necessary to engage, communicate, and cooperate with individuals or groups, fostering an inclusive and productive work environment\nAbility to effectively implement, integrate, and optimize artificial intelligence technologies within business processes.\nAbility to effectively implement, integrate, and optimize artificial intelligence technologies within business processes.\nAbility to define and clarify problems, gather relevant information, and analyze the root causes or underlying factors contributing to the problem ultimately resolving complex or challenging situations or issues\nIT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU:\nPMP certification preferred (or working towards) \nExperience in a healthcare setting or onboarding healthcare customers \nTechnical Knowledge of common application integrations (Text File, SSO, API/Web Services) \n Relias is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free workplace.
