You make decisions on the floor, adjust planning when needed, and continuously improve performance.\nYou’ll work in one of the most modern logistics centers in Europe, supported by advanced ERP/WMS systems such as SAP. Performance, structure, and collaboration are central to how we operate.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs Logistics Supervisor, you coordinate and optimize the logistics process within your department. You are responsible for daily targets, staffing, and operational continuity.\nCoordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring KPIs are achieved;\nLeading daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing needs;\nMonitoring and adjusting processes throughout the day;\nManaging staff scheduling together with Workforce Planning;\nCoaching and motivating your team to maintain high performance.\nYou will lead Assistant Supervisors and operational employees and report to the Warehouse Manager. Together with fellow Supervisors, you ensure alignment between Operations, Workforce, and Support departments.\nYou’ll work in shifts (early, late, or day shifts depending on the department) and occasionally on weekends based on operational requirements.\nWe’re looking for a results-driven Logistics Supervisor who thrives in a dynamic warehouse environment.\nMBO working level with experience or HBO starter;\nMinimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or 2 years as an Assistant Supervisor;\nExperience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP);\nGood command of English;\nStrong analytical and leadership skills;\nFulltime availability and willingness to work shifts.\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU\nExperience matters.
