We’re adding exceptional talent to drive what comes next, and that’s where you come in.\nAbout the Role\nDorsia is seeking a Designer to support the visual output of our brand across go-to-market, editorial, content, and growth marketing with growing involvement in product design. This is a role for a designer with genuine taste, strong foundational craft, and a growing command of motion and animation.\nThe Designer works closely with the editorial, marketing, social, and GTM teams to execute briefs with precision and care, learning the full range of Dorsia's visual language in the process. If you have a sharp eye, move fast, and take quality personally, this is where you build.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBrand & Visual Design\nProduce digital marketing assets across social, email, and web that reflect the Dorsia brand identity. \nSupport the development of GTM materials including sales decks, one-pagers, alongside member-facing content and internal materials. \nAssist with editorial and content design in collaboration with the creative and editorial teams. \nHelp maintain visual consistency across all output, applying brand guidelines accurately and consistently. \nSupport digital and event marketing with assets ranging from social graphics to print and experiential collateral on an as-needed basis.\nMotion & Animation\nAnimate brand moments for social and digital channels, ensuring Dorsia moves with the same restraint and intention it carries in static form. \nProduce motion assets for member-facing campaigns across email, app, and web, maintaining a consistent visual tempo across formats. \nSupport creative leadership in shaping how the Dorsia brand moves across digital touchpoints.\nProduct Design\nSupport the product design team on day-to-day UI and UX work for Dorsia’s app and web experiences, contributing under the direction of the senior product designer.\nDesign and iterate on interface components, screens, and user flows in Figma, translating product requirements into clean, usable layouts.\nHelp keep the brand and product design systems consistent, so the member experience feels cohesive across every touchpoint.\nPartner with product and engineering to refine designs through feedback and prepare assets for handoff.\nCross-Departmental Collaboration\nWork closely with the Marketing & Creative teams across editorial, product, email marketing, and GTM projects. \nBring creative briefs to life with attention to detail and a willingness to iterate based on feedback. \nCoordinate with Business Development, GTM teams and other stakeholders as projects require. \nManage multiple assignments simultaneously and flag timeline risks early.\nThe Winning Recipe\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Design, or a related field. \n1-3 years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong digital-first, brand-led work with evidence of motion or animation capabilities.\nFoundational motion design skills with demonstrated ability to produce animations across social and digital formats. \nProficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects. \nExposure to AI design tools and an eagerness to incorporate them into daily workflow.\nA sharp, developed eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency. \nClear visual communication skills and comfort discussing creative decisions with cross-functional partners. \nA collaborative, critical, low-ego approach with the ability to take and apply feedback intentionally. \nAgency or studio experience, particularly at a design-forward shop, is a plus.\nGenuine interest in luxury, culture, hospitality, or premium consumer brands. \nGenuine interest in product design and a willingness to work across both creative and product surfaces.\nCompensation: \nNew York Pay Range\n$70,000—$90,000 USD\nWorkplace Philosophy at Dorsia\nAt Dorsia, we believe that culture eats strategy.
