desire to grow in a fast-paced financial services environment.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nFollow up consistently with prospects until deals are closed.\nCollaborate with the Risk and Customer Support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.\nIdentify and engage prospective customers, explaining loan products clearly and honestly.\nQualify leads and guide customers through the application process.\nMaintain accurate sales records and submit weekly performance reports.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nAttitude matters as much as experience.\nGood understanding of Payday Loans (PDL).\nAt least 2 years of sales experience.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nWillingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve continuously.\nProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.\nStrong integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.\nFamiliarity with CRM tools, sales trackers, and basic spreadsheets.\nA smartphone and reliable internet connection for remote workdays.\n\nAdditional Advantage:\n\nExperience in lending or other financial services.\nKnowledge of the Lagos market, particularly salary earners and small businesses.\n\nSalary and
