This unique role sits at the intersection of product, data, operations, implementation and customer partnership. The team is responsible for the entire post-sales product operations and implementation lifecycle:\nDiscovery: partnering with cross functional client leadership to analyze their operational and financial workflows (flow of goods, information and money) and requirements\n\nProduct Design: Data modeling, workflows and integrations\n\nBuild/Configure on DOSS platform\n\nUAT and Go-live\n\nThe Forward Deployed Product Manager will support our push to upper mid-market and enterprise clients, and will have multiple responsibilities:\nSupport end-to-end ERP lifecycle process and success for our clients\n\nBuild new product capabilities/solutions within the DOSS ERP platform\n\nContribute to best practices and process improvements across the team\n\nWhile having previous ERP or industry experience is strongly preferred, our current team comes from a mix of business and technical backgrounds. What we value the most are:\nOwnership/accountability mindset\n\nCustomer obsession (including client/stakeholder management)\n\nAppetite for operational and technical details\n\nBusiness acumen to zoom out and discuss value drivers\n\nPassion for learning quickly\n\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport end-to-end post sales customer lifecycle from discovery, design, product implementation and go-live across our bigger clients - you are responsible for ensuring our clients achieve success and value from DOSS\n\nConduct cross functional deep dives across customer organizations to map end-to-end business processes and workflows\n\nBuild new product capabilities that help support DOSS's push to upper mid market and enterprise clients\n\nContribute to best in class practices and processes across the entire team\n\nTranslate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform\n\nCollaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations required for successful implementations\n\nSupport UAT, training, and go-live support; building relationships with clients to drive retention and potentially upsell → turning our customers to our biggest advocates!!\n\nContribute to initiatives to drive improvements in the DOSS product and customer lifecycle processes via automation and AI - we are an AI native company and team\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years in engineering (industrial, process, computer etc.), consulting, finance, operations, product operations or technical program management at a technology company - ERP experience not required (but is a major plus)\n\nSystems Thinker. Everything in our business is highly interconnected across people, process, and technology. In order to make progress you need to be able to traverse it, untangle it, and put it back together.\n\nHigh-Intensity. You have experience in high-pressure roles within startups, consulting, finance etc. - these are your real preferences, not your stated preferences.\n\nTechnical from First Principles. You can grok hard engineering and logic problems from a place of intuition, not memorization.\n\nIntellectual Firepower.
