Participation from Intuit Ventures, Theory Ventures, General Catalyst, Contrary Capital, and Pathlight VC.\nDOSS is trusted by fast-growing operators to run critical operations with speed, control, and confidence.\nRole Overview\nAs a Systems Implementation Engineer (internally, Forward Deployed Product Manager), you will support the end-to-end client implementation journey - from business process discovery and solution design through build, UAT, rollout, and hypercare. You will work side-by-side with the US and PH FDS team across the entire project lifecycle.\nDOSS is looking for experienced and highly analytical solutions architects and systems engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex client business requirements and functional ERP system build and integrations, focusing heavily on supply chain management and business operations.\nThis role requires deep expertise in enterprise resource planning software, exceptional data analysis skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and solution architecture.\nYou will support the end-to-end client implementation journey - from business process discovery and solution design through build, UAT, rollout, and hypercare. You will work side-by-side with the US FDS team across the entire project lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplementation Support\nAssist US FDPMs in managing install activities and system implementation across the full lifecycle (discovery → design → build → UAT → rollout → support ).\n\nPrepare client deliverables such as process documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials.\n\nData Management\nAnalyze complex client business processes, data, and pain points across various functional areas, with a primary focus on the supply chain (e.g., procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing).\n\nSupport data cleansing, validation, and schema setup to ensure smooth migration into the DOSS platform.\n\nConduct quality checks to maintain integrity of client data before and after go-live.\n\nProcess & Build Support\nWork with clients to document, refine, and optimize business processes.\n\nAssist with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.\n\nIdentify gaps or issues and escalate to senior PMO staff with recommendations.\n\nPost Go-Live Support\nProvide hypercare support to clients after rollout, triaging issues and ensuring timely resolution.\n\nTrack client feedback and work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support) to resolve problems.\n\nOperational Excellence\nMaintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting for U.S. PMO visibility.\n\nDocument lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO playbooks.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Strong preference for those pursuing their Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.\n\nExcellent C1/C2 Native Proficiency Level in English Communication.\n\nMust be a Filipino citizen based in or near Metro Manila (Mega Manila area).\n\nFundamental knowledge in supply chain, enterprise software, and systems implementation.\n\n2-5+ years of experience in system implementation or business operations.\n\nAbility to understand client business processes and translate to table/schemas and automation designs and build.\n\nStrong data skills: expert ability to work with spreadsheets, schemas, and large datasets; comfort with data cleanup and validation.\n\nAdvanced technical competency (e.g., schema design, workflows build and troubleshooting).\n\nExcellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.\n\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.\n\nPreferred Skills\nSQL, ERP/CRM system experience is a nice to have but not required.\n\nExperience with supply chain systems → inventory management, supply chain, finance/accounting workflows.\n\nExperience with ERP, CRM, or workflow software implementation → NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Odoo, Cin7.\n\nUnderstanding of business process design → operations, finance, supply chain, procurement, operations, etc.\n\nCoding experience is nice to have but not required.\n\nAbility to configure and test API credentials for integrated platforms → Shopify, QuickBooks, 3PLs, WMS, etc.\n\nFoundational knowledge in finance and accounting.\n\nShift Schedule\nMonday to Friday 9AM to 5PM US Pacific Time Zone or 12AM-1AM to 8AM-9AM Philippine Time Zone.\n\nShift may slightly change after the first month of onboarding depending on your client
