This role requires deep expertise in enterprise resource planning software, exceptional data analysis skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and solution architecture.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, data competency, and a mix of business and technical acumen who wants to grow their career in enterprise systems implementation at a fast-scaling ERP company.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze complex client business processes, data, and pain points across various functional areas, with a primary focus on the supply chain (e.g., procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing).\n\nDebug existing workflows for post go-live installs.\n\nPerform and communicate comprehensive root cause analyses and fixes to customers and internal team.\n\nConduct quality checks to maintain integrity of client data after go-live.\n\nDocument results, data mappings, and test outcomes for each project.\n\nProvide post go-live support → invoice sync checks, report validation, etc.\n\nSupport data cleansing, validation, and schema setup to ensure smooth migration into the DOSS platform.\n\nMonitor daily sync jobs and investigate discrepancies.\n\nFoster strong cross-team relationships while translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or similar fields.\n\nExcellent C1/C2 Native Proficiency Level in English Communication.\n\nMust be a Filipino citizen based in or near Metro Manila (Mega Manila area).\n\nExpert ability to work with spreadsheets, schemas, and large datasets; comfort with data cleanup and validation.\n\n3-5 years in data operations, systems support, or ERP back-office roles.\n\nFundamental knowledge in business processes, supply chain, and/or enterprise systems.\n\nExperience working in providing advanced technical support on technology platforms (examples include basic support like checking status of certain records to debugging)\n\nAdvanced technical competency (e.g., schema design, workflows build and troubleshooting).\n\nExcellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.\n\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.\n\nPreferred Skills\nERP/CRM system experience is a nice to have but not required.\n\nExperience with supply chain systems → inventory management, supply chain, finance/accounting workflows.\n\nExperience with ERP, CRM, or workflow software implementation → NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Odoo, Cin7.\n\nUnderstanding of business process design → operations, finance, supply chain, procurement, operations, etc.\n\nNice to have - experience in design and build concepts such as system design, UAT.\n\nCoding experience is nice to have but not required.\n\nAbility to configure and test API credentials for integrated platforms → Shopify, QuickBooks, 3PLs, WMS, etc.\n\nFoundational knowledge in finance and accounting.\n\nShift Schedule\nYou may be assigned to either of these shifts:\n5AM-2PM Philippine Standard Time\n\n1PM-10PM Philippine Standard Time\n\nWhile the role is primarily remote, there will be once-a-month, in-office work sessions dedicated to meeting and
