You will own eQMS implementations end to end, coach customers on quality best practices, and make sure every project delivers measurable value. Responsibilities\nLead customer implementation projects end to end, keeping scope, timelines, and quality objectives on track.\nLead discovery workshops to map current-state quality processes, capture requirements, and define the target configuration.\nPartner with customers to configure and optimize Dot Compliance solutions around their business and compliance requirements.\nShare best practices and provide strategic guidance across the full project lifecycle.\nRun training sessions, workshops, and ongoing coaching to build lasting quality management capability on the customer side.\nDrive user adoption and change readiness, including building and coaching customer super-user and champion networks.\nBuild and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and resource allocations.\nTrack progress, surface risks early, and drive proactive mitigation.\nManage multi-site and multi-country rollouts, coordinating stakeholders across regions and time zones.\nCoordinate internal resources (consultants, technical/Salesforce, Support, R&D) and manage the handover to Customer Success after go-live.\nUse AI-powered tools to accelerate customer deliverables - project plans, configuration documentation, and training materials - without compromising accuracy, quality, or compliance.\nAct as a trusted advisor and build long-term customer relationships that outlast the implementation.\nIdentify opportunities for additional services and module expansion, partnering with Customer Success and Sales to support renewals and account growth.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of Dot Compliance implementation methodology, templates, and accelerators.\nRequirements\nQualifications\n7+ years in professional services, Customer Success, or project management within the life sciences sector.\nStrong grasp of regulatory requirements and quality processes across pharma, biotech, and/or medical devices (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR Part 820 (QMSR), EU MDR, GxP, EU GMP Annex 11).\nExperience with eQMS implementation, preferably on Salesforce-based platforms.\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.\nBachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nExcellent written and verbal communication in English (German or French a plus).\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nBonus Points\nExperience with Dot Compliance or similar cloud-based QMS
