Meanwhile, our talented people and highly refined processes enable us to deliver stress-free speed to impact with unrivalled convenience and efficiency.\nWith DotActiv, you get integrated all-in-one software that empowers you with unrivalled support, regular updates and proactive monthly guidance from our customer success team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAs an Inbound Marketer at DotActiv, you would be responsible for:\nSupporting DotActiv’s inbound marketing engine through AI-assisted content creation and internal technical knowledge;\nExecuting content strategies by creating articles, case studies, emails, and lead magnets aligned to customer journeys;\nLeveraging modern generative AI tools to draft, repurpose, and scale content efficiently;\nConducting interviews with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract technical domain knowledge for marketing assets;\nTracking key inbound performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, and MQLs) using CRM and marketing platforms \nOptimising SEO strategies to ensure content ranks effectively in search engines;\nResearching industry benchmarks and self-learning best-practice frameworks for SEO, copywriting, and AI prompting to continuously refine daily output quality.\nBreaking down long-form content into short-form assets, social posts, or infographics; and\nUpdating and optimising older, underperforming blog posts and landing pages to extend asset lifecycles and boost conversion rates.\nRequirements\nRequirements & Qualifications\n2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B content marketing or inbound marketing (SaaS/Software experience is a strong advantage).\nProven, daily proficiency using AI tools to accelerate research, copywriting, and content ideation.\nSolid understanding of inbound marketing fundamentals, lead generation funnels, and SEO basics.\nExceptional written English skills with a sharp eye for editing and technical accuracy.\nTeam player.\nStrong organisational and prioritisation skills.\nSelf-motivated and results oriented.\nMarketing, Communications, or Business related degrees are preferred.\nBenefits\nHere's what you can expect from DotActiv when joining the team as a Category Planner.\nYou’ll receive a Cost to Company of between R17 000 - R22 000 depending on your experience;\nYou’ll have the opportunity to upskill yourself in any field that adds value to your current position;\nWe offer you a transparent job grading system;
