の資金調達を実施して、日本および米国で事業を拡大しています。\n日本人がシリコンバレーで創業し、日本発のAI技術や様々なテクノロジーを駆使して、世界をリードするプロダクトカンパニーを目指しています。\n仕事内容\ndotDataでは、LLMを活用した「分析AIエージェント」を開発し、ターゲット設計、セグメンテーション、因果分析、レポーティングといった高度な分析業務を自動化・半自動化する次世代プロダクトを構築しています。\n本ポジションの主な責務は、熟練アナリストの分析プロセス（暗黙知）を形式知化し、LLMエージェントが実行・再現可能な機能としてプロダクトへ実装することです。単なる開発に留まらず、分析の意思決定プロセスそのものを仕様化し、製品価値へ昇華させる中心的な役割を担います。\n具体的な業務\n分析プロセスの設計と仕様化熟練者の判断基準や注意点を分解し、エージェントが辿れる思考プロセス（ワークフロー）として設計します。\n\nプロトタイプ開発・検証プロンプト、テンプレート、ルール、ガードレールを含めた仕様を策定し、プロトタイプを用いて精度や再現性の評価・改善サイクルを回します。\n\n品質管理と評価系の構築エージェントの出力に対する評価基準やテストケースを整備し、継続的に品質を向上させる仕組みを構築します。\n\nプロダクトへの統合・実装製品開発チームと密に連携し、検証済みのロジックを運用可能な形でプロダクトコードへ組み込み、製品として成立させるまでを完遂します。\n\n必須要件（Must）\n情報科学／機械学習／統計／数学／工学など関連分野の修士号（MS）以上、または同等の実務経験\n企業におけるデータ分析・AI活用・業務最適化の実務経験（目安：3年以上）\n“分析のプロセス設計”
