The organization is currently expanding its engineering teams and looking for experienced technical leaders who can take ownership of both technology and delivery.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can combine strong Java development experience with technical leadership. You will work with complex enterprise systems, take part in architectural decisions, and help the team understand and improve existing solutions. The role involves close cooperation with developers, analysts and business stakeholders, as well as supporting the team in solving more complex technical issues.
