The intern will make outbound calls to prospective businesses, introduce products and services, qualify leads and book meetings to support B2B sales and lead generation during a 3–6 month internship.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities:\nMake outbound cold calls to prospective businesses in the Malaysian market using provided lead lists\nIntroduce DOTOMAT’s products and services clearly and professionally\nIdentify decision-makers, understand their needs and qualify leads\nSchedule demos and meetings for the sales team\nFollow up with interested prospects via phone, email or WhatsApp\nRecord call outcomes, notes and lead status accurately in the CRM or tracking sheet\nHandle objections politely and escalate promising leads\nMeet weekly targets for calls made, leads qualified and meetings booked\nShare regular feedback and market insights with the team\nQualifications / Requirements:\nMalaysian citizen or resident, currently based in Malaysia\nCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a diploma or degree programme (Business, Marketing, Communications or any related field preferred)\nFluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
