And we know that their success starts with the teams behind them.\nThat is why we invest in our people as much as we invest in technology.\nWe are looking for the next member of our IT / Infrastructure team, an IT Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in systems, network and infrastructure administration. In this role, you will help keep our infrastructure reliable, secure and recoverable, improve its capabilities and support our move towards Microsoft cloud services.\nYou will work in a hybrid environment of approximately 200 users and PCs, with on-premises servers and domain controllers synchronised with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure services, and Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace running in parallel.\n How will you contribute to the success of our projects?\nAdminister and monitor our network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP.\nManage Active Directory domain controllers, Group Policy, DNS, replication and synchronisation with Entra ID.\nOperate virtualisation hosts and virtual machines, including provisioning, patching, capacity management and snapshots.\nMaintain database servers, covering installation, access control, performance checks, backups and restores.\nManage backup and recovery processes: schedule jobs, check results, test restores regularly and document recovery procedures.\nAdminister Azure and Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, OneDrive and Intune, alongside Google Workspace, covering users, email and Drive.\nParticipate in migration projects between platforms, including mailbox and file migrations, cutover planning and user communication.\nAutomate repetitive administration tasks through scripts and keep infrastructure documentation up to date.\nProvide third-level technical support, resolve complex incidents and apply patching and security hardening across servers and endpoints.\nFollow Agile practices, track tasks and tickets in Jira or Asana, and maintain runbooks and technical documentation.\n The knowledge and skills you will need:\nEducation and experience\nA university degree (BSc or MSc) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n3-5 years of professional experience in a systems, network or infrastructure engineering role within a corporate environment.\nExperience supporting a mixed on-premises and cloud environment serving a few hundred users.\n1-3 years of experience in object-oriented programming, using Python, Java, C# or an equivalent language.\n1-3 years of experience in scripting and automation, using tools such as Bash and PowerShell.\nFluent Greek and a good working command of English, both written and spoken, for technical documentation and communication with vendor support.\nHow you work and collaborate\nYou take a structured approach to problem-solving and remain calm when troubleshooting under time pressure.\nYou communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users, explaining changes in plain language.\nYou take ownership of issues, follow them through to resolution and document the solution.\nYou work carefully on production systems and follow controlled change procedures.\nYou prioritise competing tasks and meet project deadlines.\nYou are willing to learn new technologies and share your knowledge with the team.\nAdditional qualifications we would value:\nCertifications such as Microsoft AZ-104, MS-102 or SC-300, CCNA, VMware VCP, Veeam VMCE, RHCSA or LPIC-1.\nExperience administering on-premises and cloud email systems.\nExperience with hybrid identity, including Entra Connect, UPN suffixes, device join and Intune enrolment.\nFamiliarity with ITIL practices, ticketing tools and basic information security standards, such as ISO 27001.\nExperience with monitoring and alerting tools, such as Zabbix, Prometheus and Grafana.\nThese qualifications are an advantage, but are not mandatory.\n Why do our people choose DOTSOFT?\nThey are part of a team where collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous development are part of everyday work.\nThey contribute to complex Digital Transformation, Smart Cities, IoT and innovative information systems projects that make a tangible difference in Greece and abroad.\nThey take on meaningful responsibilities, with room to suggest improvements, implement solutions and make their own contribution.\nThey continue to develop through training, certifications and new professional challenges.\nAll applications are treated as confidential.
