You will be the primary point of accountability for delivery of quality, timelines, budget, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with architects, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to turn business goals into reliable, scalable outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDelivery & Program Management\nOwn end-to-end delivery of cloud, DevOps, and ITSM programs, from SOW through go-live and steady-state support \n\nPlan, track, and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects \n\nRun governance cadences such as status reviews, steering committees, and QBRs with client leadership \n\nMake sure delivery follows agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments \n\nCloud & DevOps Oversight\nLead delivery of cloud migration, modernization, and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP \n\nDrive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automation, containerization, and observability practices \n\nPartner with architects to validate solution designs, estimates, and technical approach \n\nPromote DevSecOps, FinOps, and cloud cost-optimization practices \n\nITSM & Operations\nOversee ITSM implementations and managed services, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management \n\nAlign service operations with ITIL best practices and drive continuous service improvement \n\nManage escalations, major incidents, and root-cause reviews with clear client communication \n\nPeople & Client Leadership\nLead and mentor onshore and offshore delivery teams; manage resourcing and utilization \n\nBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders and identify opportunities for account growth \n\nSupport pre-sales with solutioning, estimation, SOW preparation, and proposals \n\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years in IT delivery or program management, including 5+ years in cloud and DevOps environments \n\nHands-on understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred;
