The candidate will work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, and product owners to ensure the accuracy, reliability, performance, and quality of Salesforce implementations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSalesforce Data Cloud Testing\nPerform functional and end-to-end testing of Salesforce Data Cloud implementations. \n\nValidate data ingestion from multiple sources, data mapping, transformation, and data harmonization. \n\nTest Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and calculated insights. \n\nValidate identity resolution, reconciliation rules, and unified customer profiles. \n\nTest segmentation, audience creation, and activation processes. \n\nVerify data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across integrated systems. \n\nValidate integrations between Data Cloud and Salesforce CRM and external applications. \n\nSalesforce Agentforce Testing\nPerform functional and end-to-end testing of Agentforce AI agents. \n\nValidate agent topics, actions, instructions, and reasoning capabilities. \n\nTest Agentforce interactions, prompt templates, and response accuracy. \n\nValidate AI-generated responses against expected business outcomes. \n\nTest agent interactions with Salesforce records, Flows, Apex actions, and external systems. \n\nValidate agent escalation, hand-off, and fallback scenarios. \n\nTest guardrails, security permissions, data access controls, and responsible AI behavior. \n\nIdentify hallucinations, incorrect responses, and inconsistent agent behavior. \n\nValidate conversational experiences across different user scenarios. \n\nGeneral Salesforce QA Responsibilities\nPrepare test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases. \n\nExecute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing. \n\nPerform API testing for Salesforce integrations. \n\nIdentify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution. \n\nCollaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to resolve quality issues. \n\nMaintain test execution reports, defect metrics, and QA documentation. \n\nSupport release validation and production deployment testing. \n\nRequired Technical Skills:\n5–8 years of experience in Salesforce QA / Software Testing. \n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture and platform capabilities. \n\nHands-on experience testing Salesforce Data Cloud. \n\nKnowledge of Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation. \n\nHands-on experience or strong project exposure to Salesforce Agentforce. \n\nUnderstanding of Agentforce topics, actions, prompt templates, and agent configurations. \n\nExperience testing Salesforce Flows, Apex integrations, and CRM functionalities. \n\nStrong knowledge of REST APIs and integration testing. \n\nExperience with Postman or similar API testing tools. \n\nKnowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. \n\nExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management
