The candidate will work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, and product owners to ensure the accuracy, reliability, performance, and quality of Salesforce implementations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSalesforce Data Cloud Testing:\n\n- Perform functional and end-to-end testing of Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.\n\n- Validate data ingestion from multiple sources, data mapping, transformation, and data harmonization.\n\n- Test Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and calculated insights.\n\n- Validate identity resolution, reconciliation rules, and unified customer profiles.\n\n- Test segmentation, audience creation, and activation processes.\n\n- Verify data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across integrated systems.\n\n- Validate integrations between Data Cloud and Salesforce CRM and external applications.\n\nSalesforce Agentforce Testing:\n\n- Perform functional and end-to-end testing of Agentforce AI agents.\n\n- Validate agent topics, actions, instructions, and reasoning capabilities.\n\n- Test Agentforce interactions, prompt templates, and response accuracy.\n\n- Validate AI-generated responses against expected business outcomes.\n\n- Test agent interactions with Salesforce records, Flows, Apex actions, and external systems.\n\n- Validate agent escalation, hand-off, and fallback scenarios.\n\n- Test guardrails, security permissions, data access controls, and responsible AI behavior.\n\n- Identify hallucinations, incorrect responses, and inconsistent agent behavior.\n\n- Validate conversational experiences across different user scenarios.\n\nGeneral Salesforce QA Responsibilities:\n\n- Prepare test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases.\n\n- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.\n\n- Perform API testing for Salesforce integrations.\n\n- Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to resolve quality issues.\n\n- Maintain test execution reports, defect metrics, and QA documentation.\n\n- Support release validation and production deployment testing.\n\nRequired Technical Skills:\n\n- 5 -
