The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and configuration, along with a good understanding of clinical trial operations and clinical research processes. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce-based clinical trial management solutions to support clinical research, study management, and operational workflows.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications supporting Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).\nWork on Cloudbyz CTMS or Veeva Vault Clinical implementations, enhancements, and integrations.\nDevelop Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.\nCustomize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and approval processes.\nBuild and maintain integrations between Salesforce CTMS and external clinical research systems.\nWork on clinical trial workflows covering study planning, site management, investigator management, patient recruitment, and trial monitoring.\nCollaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, QA teams, and clinical operations stakeholders.\nPerform debugging, unit testing, deployment, and production support.\nEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable clinical research and regulatory requirements.\nParticipate in technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, and deployment activities.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills:\nStrong hands-on experience in Salesforce development.\nProficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.\nExperience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration.\nHands-on experience with at least one of the following:\nCloudbyz CTMS\nVeeva Vault Clinical / Veeva Clinical Operations\nUnderstanding of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.\nExperience with Salesforce deployment tools, Git, and CI/CD processes.\n\nClinical Domain Knowledge:\nUnderstanding of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).\nKnowledge of clinical trial lifecycle and clinical research processes.\nFamiliarity with clinical study management, clinical sites, investigators, patient enrollment, and monitoring workflows.\nUnderstanding of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and clinical research compliance requirements.\nExposure to clinical data management and integrations with other clinical systems is an added advantage.\n\nGood to Have:\nExperience integrating CTMS with EDC, eTMF, RTSM, or other clinical research platforms.\nKnowledge of Veeva Vault architecture and application configuration.\nExperience with Salesforce Health Cloud.\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum
