You'll be comfortable with shifting priorities, short timelines, and finding smart ways to get more done.\nThe Mission: In this role, you will craft the visual foundation for Pyth Pro, our institutional offering tailored for prominent banking institutions, trading platforms, and global financial networks. You will play a pivotal part in expanding the Douro Labs brand beyond Web3 natives into traditional markets, creating impactful work that reaches key market participants, developers, and industry leaders on a weekly basis.\nAbout the Role\nThis is a production-focused brand design role. You'll receive art direction, creative direction, and project assignments primarily from the Brand Design Lead, secondarily from the Product Design Lead. At the outset, your time will be split roughly 75% brand and 25% product.\nAs the design team grows, this role is expected to shift toward supporting the Brand Design Lead full-time, with a deeper focus on brand, campaign, and event work.\nResponsibilities:\nDigital Production\nDesign social media assets,Collateral for sales and internal communications, and content for web\n\nSupport marketing initiatives surrounding new product releases, exchange integrations, and major ecosystem events\n\nApply brand guidelines consistently across all digital channels\n\nAdapt and resize assets across formats and platforms\n\nEvent Design\nDesign promotional materials for conferences and events\n\nCreate booth graphics, signage, and printed collateral\n\nCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver event assets on time\n\nProduct Support\nSupport the Product Design Lead on product-side graphics, illustrations, and visual assets\n\nHelp keep visual consistency between brand and product surfaces\n\nTools and Workflows\nFeel free to utilize any tool of choice, provided deliverables maintain high standards and remain neatly structured in Figma using shared libraries and organized files\n\nBring AI tools into your daily workflow to speed up production and explore new ideas\n\nExperiment with new tools and techniques and share what works with the team\n\nHelp build templates and systems that make recurring work faster\n\nAbout You\nYou must excel in at least one of the following:\nMotion design\n\nFramer\n\nIllustration and iconography \n\n3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic or brand designer\n\nStrong generalist skills across layout, typography, color, and composition\n\nProficient in Figma, with a portfolio that shows range across digital and print\n\nAI-forward mindset, seamlessly integrating platforms like Claude and Firefly into daily practice to explore new visual frontiers\n\nSelf-organizing and proactive, able to manage your own workload and deadlines\n\nClear, warm communicator who takes direction well and speaks up with ideas\n\nResourceful experimenter and problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out\n\nCrypto/DeFi or financial infrastructure familiarity a plus, not required\n\n Think you've got what it takes to build the most talented team in the world?
