(“Dovenmuehle”) is the leading mortgage subservicing firm in the United States with several hundred financial institution clients nationwide.\nGeneral Description:\nUses multiple sources to collect data, analyzes trends, reconciles data, and identifies areas of improvement. Responsible for assisting with loan level reporting to outside companies, partners, and government agencies. Applies proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate loan servicing processes through careful testing to maximize the benefits of company initiatives. Performance must comply with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.\nEssential Functions and Duties:\nResponsible for ensuring that servicing meets quality control standards in accordance with investor, insurer, regulatory and bank requirements and/or guidelines.\nPerform comprehensive quality control audits of loan subservicing operations for adherence to investor/insurer guidelines and applicable regulations.\nAble to determine if findings are valid using predetermined templates and personal understanding of department goals.\nReview and prepare completion of audit files and timelines as assigned.\nCommunicate discrepancies found during QC process and work toward correcting illogical findings.\nPerform reporting reconciliations.\nPrepare, maintain, and provide weekly and monthly Quality reports.\nAssist in planning, testing, and reporting phases of departmental quality initiatives.\nDevelop constructive and cooperative working relationships with other employees and maintain those relationships over time.\nWillingness to learn new skills and expand job knowledge, through various learning programs, as assigned by leadership.\nReview and prepare department information to perform accurate audits.\nMaintain and update assigned audits.\nMaintain comprehensive knowledge of the department policies and procedures to complete accurate audits.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities within the department.\nAssess and interact with Vendors.\nSuccessfully complete annual regulatory compliance training.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\n1+ years of Mortgage Servicing or similar experience.\nExperience with creating or implementing quality monitoring procedures.\nExperience performing root cause analyses.\nPC skills: Proficient with Microsoft applications, database analysis, and query software.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to always interact in a positive and professional manner with all levels of both internal and external audiences, including the ability to explain complex matters in a clear and concise manner.\nPreferred/Other Qualifications:\nWorking knowledge of all aspects of mortgage servicing processes and applicable regulations.\nExperience with MSP.\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Wellness, Flexible Spending Account, and Employee Assistance Program and more.\nEmployer paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability.\n401 (K) Plan with company match\nPaid Vacation, Sick, Personal and Holidays\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nThe employee must be comfortable in either an on-site office setting, or a quiet, designated work from home space that is free from distractions and noise.
