(“Dovenmuehle”) is the leading mortgage subservicing firm in the United States with several hundred financial institution clients nationwide.\nGeneral Description:\nResearch and solve complex loan servicing process issues. Responsible for reporting and developing recommendations based on department data. Performance must comply with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.\nEssential Functions and Duties:\nCollaborate with management and subject matter experts to define reporting metrics.\nResearch items on various reports and resolve issues proactively to expedite the claims process by working with various departments, agencies, attorneys, and/or other third-party vendors.\nAnalyze reports to confirm adherence to applicable guidelines and timeframes.\nIdentify and solve discrepancies including both missing and incorrect data, including format, revise, and remove data as necessary to ensure accurate reporting.\nResearch and respond to investor concerns about the claims process in a timely and accurate manner.\nCreate, analyze, and produce accurate reports utilizing various workstations and/or spreadsheets for use by both internal and external audiences, daily, weekly, and monthly.\nFollow-up on all assigned issues to ensure timely resolution.\nReview exception items and submit recommendations for changes and/or corrections.\nEnsure all policies and procedures are updated in accordance with current agency guidelines.\nManage and maintain all incoming correspondence and audit requests.\nDevelop constructive and cooperative working relationships with clients and other employees and maintain those relationships over time.\nWillingness to learn new skills and expand job knowledge, through various learning programs, as assigned by leadership.\nReview and assist with special projects thoroughly and provide status/outcomes.\nFunction as a liaison between clients and other departments involved.\nComply with the Code of Conduct and regulatory training requirements.\nActively participate in identifying process improvement opportunities within the department.\nCreate, review, and resolve high volume of complex delinquent loan reports.\nAct as an initial point of contact for client(s).\nProcess daily, weekly, and monthly reports within assigned timeframes.\nFollow-up on all assigned issues to ensure timely resolution.\nResearch and respond to investor concerns about the claims process in a timely and accurate manner.\nSuccessfully complete annual regulatory compliance training.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\n1+ years Mortgage or Loan Servicing experience.\nPC skills: Microsoft applications and mortgage loan servicing platforms.\nAnalytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail/accuracy.\nAbility to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to always interact in a positive and professional manner with all levels of both internal and external audiences, including the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Wellness, Flexible Spending Account, and Employee Assistance Program and more.\nEmployer paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability.\n401 (K) Plan with company match\nPaid Vacation, Sick, Personal and Holidays\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nThe employee must be comfortable in either an on-site office setting, or a quiet, designated work from home space that is free from distractions and noise.
