If you're looking for an international, multidisciplinary and collaborative environment that offers a world of opportunities, come join us at DII.\nHVAC TECHNICIAN\nKeene, NH\nThe Role\nYou will be working as part of the Facilities team and will be responsible for building HVAC equipment maintenance/repairs, boiler maintenance/repairs, in-house projects, and provide support to teammates.\nHours: Monday through Friday, 6am-230pm EST\nJob Responsibilities:\nWork independently or as a team to complete work orders on-time.\nPerform preventative maintenance (PM) schedules on HVAC equipment.\nTrouble-shoot and repair issues with HVAC equipment.\nMaintain industrial steam boilers that burn propane and heating oil. Oversee routine testing, water chemistry, general maintenance, and outsourced large repairs.\nUtilize the building management system to oversee HVAC functionality.\nMaintain stock for belts, sheaves, bearings, & filters for PM cycles.\nProvide support to fellow teammates as needed.\nPerform Snow clean-up as required, including but not limited to all walks and doors so all employees can enter and exit the building in a safe manner.\nPlay an active role in safety and environmental regulatory compliance.\nMaintain necessary records as required.
