They help to promote the high standard of customer service that Maag Gala Inc. has built. Insuring that all orders are received accurately and shipped on time to our customers.\nPosition description - Tasks, responsibilities, competencies \n(List 8-10 specific tasks - start each description indicating an action e.g. leads, advises, develops etc.)\nIdentify and tag items to pack on Customer orders. \nPack items securely for shipment on UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL and truck shipments.\nUse current business system to reprint packing slips and identification tags for spare parts orders.\nReceive and inspect commercial items ordered from suppliers.\nOperate a forklift to load/unload trucks and to remove/replace items on inventory shelves.\nWork with other inventory personnel to consolidate multiple orders on Coordinated shipments.\nPull issue and deliver items for job orders for spare part orders, projects, and inventory.\nOther tasks as assigned by manager.\nThe incumbent considers all interests of quality, accident prevention and occupational safety as well as environmental safety in a preventive manner within his scope of responsibility and supports the avoidance of damages to people, facilities, assets, material and environment actively.\nThe incumbent is obliged to perform tasks requested by management that relate to his position scope or arise from company needs.
