We are Dover Precision Components, #LifeAtDPC\nEssential Duties:\nMaintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory of the facility, leads audits, and completes inventory reports.\nIdentify discrepancies and document them properly. Conduct adjustments and transfer transactions as needed.\nEnsure compliance and manage company processes and procedures that ensure high-level inventory accuracy for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.\nTraces the history of items to determine the root cause of discrepancies and find ways to prevent them in the future.\nEnsuring all documentation related to inventory flows is completed, accurate, and filed correctly.\nIdentifying, analyzing, and addressing gaps in inventory processes.\nOversee the training and cross-training of inventory employees\nKeeps work and warehouse areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition always.\nPerforms other duties as requested.\nQualifications:\n· Experience performing cycle count, shipping/receiving, stock control, inventory, and recordkeeping functions preferred\n· Material handling equipment experience preferred\n· Experience with MRP/ERP systems; JDE preferred\n· Ability to effectively communicate with leadership, multiple departments\n· Strong work ethic and attention to detail\n· Ability to maintain quality and safety standards\n· Ability to use material handling equipment\n· Knowledge of warehouse and inventory integrity standards\n· Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork\n· Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects up to 45 pounds\n· Ability to detect and communicate effectively with supervisors\nEducation\n· Preferred- High school diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED)\nExperience\n· Two years of warehouse experience\n\nThis position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.\n\nWe consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position’s responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, a candidate’s education/training, the position’s location, and the key skills needed for the position.
