Come and join us!\nWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety & Quality Engineer to support our mission of delivering high quality products while maintaining safe and compliant workplace.\nJob Responsibilities\nSupport the Quality Manager in implementing and monitoring Quality Management System (PED & QMS), Environmental & Safety Management System (EHS).\nDevelop, implement, and maintain safety and health policies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and promoting safety culture.\nConduct workplace risk assessments, inspections and investigations in accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and ensuring timely corrective actions.\nCoordinate with cross functional teams to ensure all incoming materials, in-process activities, and final products meet quality specifications and customer expectations.\nMaintain safety and quality documentation, reports, and reference materials such as drawings, specifications and standards.\nLead investigation on non conformance issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nAnalyze quality & safety performance data (non-conformance, claims, audits) to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport training and awareness program to strengthen quality and safety culture across departments.\nJob Requirements\nDiploma / bachelor’s degree in safety & health / engineering, or equivalent.\nCertification / training in Occupational Safety and Health.\nMinimum 3 years relevant working experience in safety and health role in manufacturing environment.\nProven experience in implementing and maintaining Safety and Health, Quality and Environmental System.\nKnowledge of Malaysian OSHA Acts and Regulations & industry best practices.\nGood command of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia.\nProblem solving abilities for investigating incidents and developing solutions.\nExcellent interpersonal and people management skills.\nAbility to work independently with a high level of initiative.\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information, or any other factors prohibited by law.\nFraudulent Recruiting Disclaimer: Dover Corporation and our affiliated operating companies want to alert applicants to internet job posting fraud, where parties posing as Dover employees, recruiters, or other agents, try to engage with online candidates in an attempt to steal personal and/or financial information.
